Terms & Safety

Use We Go Jim as a workout log and training companion, not as medical, legal, or professional advice. We Go Jim is currently distributed through TestFlight and has not shipped on the App Store yet. Last updated May 5, 2026.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using We Go Jim, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app does

We Go Jim helps you log workouts, organize templates, review workout history, track training summaries, import or export workout templates, manage profile widgets, and optionally share limited training updates with a private Bros circle. Some features are local-first, some features require iCloud, and Pro features may require an active subscription.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use We Go Jim. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for having permission to do so.

Workout safety

Train at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or anything unsafe. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before training if you have an injury, medical condition, medication concern, or health question.

Guidance and coach features

Training guidance, previous-performance hints, goals, charts, muscle maps, summaries, Coach Brief, and follow-up analysis are informational only. They are generated from available app data and may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. We Go Jim does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition and does not replace professional coaching or medical advice.

Accounts, iCloud, and local-only use

Core workout features can work locally on your device. iCloud and CloudKit may be required for sync and Bros features. You are responsible for your Apple ID, device security, iCloud settings, backups, exported files, and the accuracy of the data you enter or share.

Subscriptions and purchases

We Go Jim Pro may unlock features such as higher template limits, advanced widgets, muscle maps, Coach Brief and follow-up analysis, and larger Bros circles. Purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's rules. You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through Apple account settings and the app's subscription tools where available. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

No guarantees

Fitness results, strength progress, sync availability, notifications, social features, support response times, Pro availability, template import/export, coach output, data availability, and app uptime are not guaranteed. Cloud sync and Bros depend on Apple iCloud, CloudKit, network status, account availability, member behavior, RevenueCat/App Store availability, device state, and continued service availability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse support, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription or entitlement checks, abuse CloudKit or Bros, upload or share harmful files, impersonate others, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Bros and user content

You are responsible for names, avatars, posts, reactions, workout updates, PR updates, reports, and other content you create or share. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, scams, private information, links or contact details intended to evade moderation, or unsafe training instructions. Reports, blocks, removals, feature limits, and support review may be used to protect users and the service.

Template files and sharing

Template import/export is provided for your convenience. Only open files you trust. You are responsible for the templates and workout information you import, export, save, back up, or share outside the app.

Changes, suspension, and removal

Features, pricing, limits, subscription offerings, social behavior, supported services, and these terms may change over time. Access to Bros, Pro features, or other app functionality may be limited or removed when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, or platform requirements.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded We Go Jim from the Apple App Store, Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply where required. These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for app maintenance or support beyond obligations that apply under App Store rules.

Liability limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, We Go Jim is provided as-is and as-available without warranties. The developer is not responsible for injuries, training decisions, data loss, missed notifications, sync delays, subscription interruptions, user content, coach output, files you import or export, indirect damages, or lost profits arising from app use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
